For family home evening Tasha and I had to use the alphabet to start words or phrases that described the other person. The only requirement was that the qualities had to be uplifting and positive :) It was interesting to read them to each other afterwards and see what the other person was thinking....

When Dave and I first got married, we had a book of FHE ides for newly weds. This is very similiar to what we did. I think it's laying the foundation for a successful marriage and family.
